SHEW offers handcrafted leather goods, including bags and accessories. Each product is carefully handmade and, due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather and the handcrafted production process, may feature slight variations in colour, texture, or finish. These variations are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character of each item.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase agreement is concluded once SHEW confirms the order by email.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the online store.
Available payment methods are shown during the checkout process.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are displayed on the respective product pages or during checkout. Should delays occur due to circumstances beyond SHEW's control, customers will be informed as soon as possible.
6. Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of SHEW until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under applicable law shall apply.
Due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather, variations in colour, texture, and grain may occur. These are natural features of the material and do not constitute defects.
8. Product Care
To ensure the longevity of your leather goods, SHEW recommends proper care and handling. Leather may naturally change over time when exposed to moisture, direct sunlight, or improper care.
SHEW is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or inadequate maintenance.
9. Liability
SHEW shall be liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
SHEW is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of its products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the property of SHEW and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
