At SHEW, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
 
Right of Withdrawal
 
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify SHEW by email at contact@shew.at with a clear statement of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
 
Returns
 
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal period.
 
To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in their original condition

• Be returned with all original packaging, including any dust bags or tags

• Be free from stains, damage, odours, or signs of wear
   

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality, SHEW may deduct an appropriate amount for any loss in value.
 
SHEW reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
 
Return Shipping
 
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SHEW cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
 
Refunds
 
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the outcome.
 
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shew.at and include your order number along with photographs of the issue.
 
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been custom-made or personalised according to the customer's specifications

• Gift cards (if applicable)
   

Genuine Leather
 
Every SHEW bag is handcrafted from genuine leather. Slight variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish are natural characteristics of the material and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return on the basis of manufacturing faults.
